How do I make an appointment ?

Do you accept insurance?

Different therapist accept different insurances. Please check each therapist bio to see if a particular therapist accepts your insurance. We accept Aetna, BCBS, Cigna, United Health Care and UMR.



What are your office hours?

Each therapist works their own schedule. We offer appointments Monday through Friday 9 am to 6 pm and Saturday 9 am to 3 pm.


Do you offer in person visit or tele-health?

We offer in person sessions as well as tele-health sessions.


What does a typical session cost?

The cost depends on your insurance plan. The charges would depend on the contracted rate with the insurance company. It would be best if you would verify your benefits with your insurance company before the first session.


How long is each session?

Each session is between 50 - 55 minutes.

What should I expect at my first session?

It is an opportunity to discussing the current presenting issue your are struggling with. We will discuss how we approach therapy, to make sure we are the right fit to address your concerns. This is a chance for you to explain some of your main goals from therapy.

Why do I need to provide a credit / debit card on file?

We request clients for a card on file for payment towards the session charges. It will be used towards co pay, deductibles, no show or late cancellation.

Do I need to complete paperwork before I come in?

Yes, we will send you paperwork. We request that all clients send it back to us 48 hours before the appointment so we can verify all the information and make sure you are all set for your appointment.


What is your cancellation policy?

Clients who are unable to keep their scheduled appointments are expected to call and cancel the appointment or reschedule the appointment, 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged the late cancellation fee.
